Shipping Policy

* Due to the high amount of orders during the Holiday season, it will take longer to ship.

 

Shipping is FREE within the 48 contiguous states in the United States. If you live somewhere else, contact us at ask@stayhomebody.com. We will try our best to find a solution. However, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) or to freight forwarders.

 

At Homebody, your comfort is the most important to us.   If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The following rules apply: Returns are accepted within 100 days of receipt. Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, undamaged, saleable, with the original packaging. Returns incur the cost of return shipping.

 

Homebody reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition. Please allow 10-14 days for the processing of your return. In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at ask@stayhomebody.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these matters on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to identify a satisfactory solution.
